How do I book my session?

Give us a call at 515-332-8175 or send us an email at midwestportraits@outlook.com.

You will complete the Booking Form to include the dates and times agreed upon.
The retainer of $300 (credit towards your print/product order) and the Booking Form are due at the time of booking
to hold your session date and time.

The professional fee will be due the day of your session.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards.

We have a $35.00 return check fee.

How long is the typical wait?

The wait depends on the season and the session, but on average, you can expect to get your session booked within 2-3 weeks.

After your portrait session is complete, you will get the chance to view your proofs within 3 weeks.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We understand things happen! If you need to reschedule, please call us as soon as possible to set up another date and time.

If weather is a factor due to extreme heat, rain or high winds, we will reschedule your session.

If you are a complete no-show, you will forfeit your professional fee.
